The goal of this project was to help Vodafone garner a greater return on investment for its digital projects. The goal was to see a 20 percent reduction in the time to market and a 10 percent in improvement in customer satisfaction. With many years of experience in this field, Eraneos was called in to help with the implementation of a comprehensive training plan.
To get the ball rolling and help Vodafone achieve its ambitions, we helped the company roll out a comprehensive training plan on new working methods for both managers and teams.

Its purpose is to connect for a better future with expertise and scale that gives the company a unique opportunity to drive positive change for society. Vodafone’s networks keep family, friends, businesses, and governments connected and play a vital role in keeping economies running and the functioning of critical sectors like education and healthcare.
To make this project a success, we trained independent coaches internally, which resulted in more than 300 people being trained in an agile working environment. With this, we helped Vodafone to learn how to use the tools and playbooks for the acquisition of agile competencies.
