In our eyes, everyone is equal. Regardless of background, religion, age, gender or sexual orientation, everyone is entitled to the same opportunities. We have a number of programs and initiatives in place to create a work culture where everyone feels equal.
Our initiatives
We train employees to recognize and address unconscious bias so that together we can create a workplace where everyone feels at home.
Employees are paired with an experienced coach. This supports everyone’s individual development, both as a person and as a professional.
We offer targeted training and development to meet different needs and aspirations.
We believe it is important to have a good work-life balance. No matter what stage of life or situation the employee is in.
We provide resources and support to help employees put their mental health first. For example, we offer everyone access to OpenUp: the online mental wellness portal with online guidance from licensed psychologists and experts.
Colleagues with similar backgrounds and experiences come together in workgroups and communities. They advise the Executive Committee on issues such as diversity and inclusion. There is an international community where employees from inside and outside the LGBTIQ+ community meet, support and feel connected.
We openly report on the progress of diversity and inclusion initiatives and goals to drive continuous improvement. In addition, we share and discuss the results of our monthly happiness survey with all employees to monitor and improve our workplace culture as needed.

Eraneos supports initiatives to increase equality for people, contributing to a more inclusive society. For example, since 2017 we have been working with UWV to address the shortage of qualified IT staff. Through this collaboration, job seekers and refugees can participate in Eraneos’ open training schedule free of charge. Together with ITvitae, we have also developed special data science and data engineering programs for ICT professionals with high-functioning autism.
