Maurice Boon, MBA INSEAD and Captain ret. Royal Netherlands Marines Corps, counts over 25 years of experience in IT & outsourcing services and consultancy, as well as over 15 years of experience as a board member. Joining Quint Group in 2008, Maurice began his tenure as CEO in 2013. Maurice’s entrepreneurship and leadership saw Quint Group join with AWK Group and Ginkgo Management Consulting to establish Eraneos Group. Together with Frank and Andrew, he runs the business in the Netherlands and Spain, focusing on Consultancy services.
Andrew de la Haije

Andrew de la Haije, A UvA, MBA TIAS, MSc Universiteit Leiden, has over 25 years of experience leading large scale digital transformations and steering technology companies. Prior to joining Eraneos in 2023, he served as CEO of Xebia Consultancy Services. Andrew has an unsurpassed level of knowledge and understanding of the issues faced by today’s organizations scaling operations and transformations within the international digital landscape. Together with Maurice and Frank, he runs the business in the Netherlands and Spain, focusing on Data & AI in the Netherlands and for the Group.
