Pilot partnerships sought to test the process model in practice

The Industry 2025 working group is looking for industrial companies to act as pilot partners in further refining the process model for developing digital busi-ness models. The results from these pilot projects will be published in a further white paper towards the end of 2023. Over 100 industrial companies take part in the Industry 2025 survey

The white paper “Digital Business Models” is based on the responses of over 100 industrial companies in Switzerland. The results, findings, and expert as-sessments show that digital business models are increasingly considered im-portant by Swiss industrial companies. Manufacturing companies have recog-nized the value and potential of digital business models and see them as a complement to their corporate strategy.
