The Challenge
When we were engaged by our client, they had no clear structure in place for their Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) use cases. They also lacked the necessary standards and methods to establish a fully functioning CBM environment.
The Approach
Our team worked closely with the client to identify these gaps and develop a comprehensive approach that would cover all involved projects and initiatives.
To address the lack of clear structure for CBM use cases, we conducted a thorough assessment of the client’s existing processes and identified areas where improvements could be made. We then developed a set of guidelines and best practices to ensure that all CBM use cases were defined, documented, and implemented in a consistent manner.
In addition, we established standards and methods for setting up a fully functioning CBM environment. This included developing a data governance framework, establishing data quality criteria, and implementing a data management system to ensure that all CBM-related data was accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Finally, we developed a comprehensive approach that covered all involved projects and initiatives.
Our approach creates an environment for seamless collaboration on condition-based maintenance use cases, allowing for streamlined implementation and maximum efficiency.
The Result
Through our engagement, the client benefited from improved collaboration on use cases across projects and initiatives, easier exchange of data, transformation to one overarching CBM approach, and easier implementation of dynamic CBM processes into the old process world.
Let’s create sustainable change together.
