Eraneos Switzerland AG expands leadership team, naming Dr. Boris Ricken to partner

Dr. Boris Ricken focuses on manufacturing, ICT, utilities, and services sectors, with more than 20 years of consulting and leadership experience. Joining Eraneos in 2017, he quickly progressed from the internal leadership position of Head of Digital Strategy & Innovation to Head of Manufacturing Industry.


He is an expert in the development of corporate and digital transformation strategies, business model development, digital transformation, M&A, cost optimization, as well as Industry 4.0. Before joining Eraneos, Boris held different leadership positions in the context of manufacturing, digitalization, and IT.  He graduated from the University of Zürich with a PhD in Business and Economics.
