Due to ongoing development projects and for strategic reasons, the IT department of health insurance company CSS (CSS IT) was looking to use public cloud services and build up the relevant skills. It, therefore, knew that it would need to develop its cloud strategy in order to pull off a rather sizeable cloud transformation. Eraneos was on call to step in and give a helping hand.
The interaction of CSS internal decision-makers and consultants from Eraneos ensured cloud adoption was further sharpened and defined company-wide.
