The Challenge

We found that legal requirements for each digital vehicle service had to be assessed across different countries. However, due to the decentralized nature of the process, there was no comprehensive overview of all legal data. Moreover, the process of reporting the legal assessment status was manual and tedious, making it difficult to ensure data consistency. Additionally, static documents were being used for legal assessments, posing limitations to their functionality.

The Approach

Our approach was to analyze their existing process and gathered their business requirements.

We identified data challenges and proposed solutions for improvement. As part of our solution, we developed a dashboard that showed legal requirements across different countries and services.

The dashboard also enabled interactive legal status checking with the ability to drill down into details. We automated the data preparation process and provided real-time data navigation.

We also conducted training sessions for the business owners on the BI tool and the maintenance of the dashboard.

Furthermore, we provided the client with Legal AI-approved use cases and automation and versioning capabilities to further empower their legal data users.

The Result

The project resulted in a holistic view of the legal assessment process, efficient data visualization, automated data transformation, real-time data availability of high quality, and a single source for data insights across departments.
