You can choose your ideal workspace – whether at the Eraneos offices, from the comfort of your home, or even in another country (subject to team dynamics and Swiss employment legal terms and conditions).
Adjusting your workload
Life situations can change, and so can your work-life integration requirements, so adjust your workload accordingly. However, a workload between 60% and 80% is recommended for efficient project assignments.
Unpaid leave
Our company supports work-life balance by offering extended unpaid leave for all employees. We encourage discussing leave requests a few months in advance to ensure smooth resource planning.

We offer maternal leave with salary continuation, regulated according to employment regulations and length of service.
Paternal leave
As a father, you can take three weeks of paid paternity leave within six months after your child’s birth. Additional vacation, unpaid leave, and overtime compensation can also be used for more extended leave of absence.
