Meet Pedro Navas

‘I started my career at Eraneos, working in the banking sector on projects that had an impact across multiple countries, aiming to unify platforms and processes. These strategic projects sought to reduce costs and improve efficiency through automation and digitization of processes.’

He is currently working on manufacturing projects, defining new relationship models with suppliers, as well as supporting the design of infrastructures and the implementation of new IT services.

Drawing from his experience at Eraneos, he highlights his role as an infrastructure manager, where he laid the foundations for a new IT department, defined the long-term vision for the area, and implemented significant organizational changes effectively while minimizing resistance.

The satisfaction in his job lies in being an active part of significant change, he explains, ‘in seeing how the initiatives we drive generate tangible results and contribute to the growth and success of organizations.’ He adds, ‘It’s exciting to lead multidisciplinary teams, innovate, and apply creative solutions to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and achieve ambitious goals.’
