Meet Pedro Navas
‘I started my career at Eraneos, working in the banking sector on projects that had an impact across multiple countries, aiming to unify platforms and processes. These strategic projects sought to reduce costs and improve efficiency through automation and digitization of processes.’
He is currently working on manufacturing projects, defining new relationship models with suppliers, as well as supporting the design of infrastructures and the implementation of new IT services.

Drawing from his experience at Eraneos, he highlights his role as an infrastructure manager, where he laid the foundations for a new IT department, defined the long-term vision for the area, and implemented significant organizational changes effectively while minimizing resistance.

“My experience and background have been in IT service, team and vendor management, as well as information security and personal data protection. I am passionate about innovation, communication, and teamwork. When I’m not working, I really enjoy spending time in nature and take every opportunity I can to travel and experience new things.”
