Amsterdam, October 2nd, 2026 – International consulting firm Eraneos has appointed Jeroen Bos as Managing Partner, Financial Services. Jeroen joined the firm on October 1 and will work alongside Maurice Boon, Managing Partner of Eraneos Netherlands, to further drive the growth and development of Eraneos in the Netherlands, with a particular focus on expanding the Financial Services practice.
With Jeroen’s arrival, Eraneos underscores its ambition to continue growing in the coming years. To this end, Eraneos is investing in further strengthening and expanding its consulting and transformation capabilities to help clients navigate increasingly complex strategic, organizational, and technological challenges.
Jeroen has over 20 years of experience in management consulting and transformation projects, often at the intersection of business and technology. Previously, he worked at Rabobank, Double Effect/Synechron, and Valcon, among others. In Europe and Asia, he led consulting organizations and established new consulting practices, including in Singapore and London. At Valcon, as a partner, he was responsible for Financial Services, both in the Netherlands and within the international group. There, he led the sector’s strong growth and international expansion in recent years.
