Eraneos Group appoints Stefan Tijsinger as Chief Financial Officer

Zurich, May 13, 2024 – The international technology and digital transformation consultancy Eraneos Group has appointed Stefan Tijsinger as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Executive Board. A seasoned finance specialist and experienced leader, Tijsinger will play a key role in driving the company’s profitable growth and internationalization.

Stefan Tijsinger is an experienced finance, IT and digitalization professional with extensive expertise in controlling, accounting, risk & compliance, treasury and M&A. Oliver Vaterlaus, CEO Eraneos Group, comments:

Stefan Tijsinger succeeds Uwe Schiller, who after successfully establishing the international financial organization for Eraneos, has decided to leave the company on September 30, 2024.

Long-standing experience in the consulting business
Stefan Tijsinger has been active in the consulting industry for many years. Most recently he worked at Xebia, where he held the role of Group CFO. Tijsinger joined the company already in 2016 as CFO of Xebia Consultancy Services. His responsibilities included building a global finance organization, strategic financial plans, M&A activities, investor relations as well as legal and risk & compliance.
