Modern Slavery Act Statement

1. Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy Statement

Eraneos is committed to preventing acts of modern slavery and human trafficking from occurring within our business and supply chains. We uphold the principles of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and expect the same high standards from our suppliers, contractors, and business partners.
Specifically, Eraneos will:

  • Prohibit the use of forced, compulsory or trafficked labour, or anyone held in slavery or servitude.
  • Require all employees, partners, and suppliers to act ethically and with integrity in all business dealings.
  • Conduct appropriate due diligence on suppliers and contractors.
  • Provide awareness training to relevant staff to help them identify and prevent risks of modern slavery.
  • Encourage reporting of any concerns related to human rights violations via our Whistleblowing Policy or Ethics Hotline, without fear of retaliation.

Compliance with this policy forms part of every employee’s obligations. Breaches may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or contract.

Implementation and Oversight

To ensure effective implementation, Eraneos will take the following measures:

  • Publish an annual Modern Slavery Statement on our website (if applicable).
  • Include supplier clauses in procurement contracts referring to this policy.
  • Deliver brief annual training for employees in HR, procurement, and management.
  • Provide an internal reporting mechanism (e.g., ethics email or anonymous portal).
  • Assign responsibility for policy oversight to HR and Legal/Compliance teams.

This statement is approved by Eraneos Director and will be reviewed annually to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with our values of integrity, responsibility, and respect for human rights. This statement is approved by the Director of Eraneos UK Ltd
