Oliver Vaterlaus
CEO Eraneos Group
Oliver Vaterlaus, MSc ETH / EMBA HSG, commands more than 25 years of experience in the consulting industry. During his tenure as CEO of AWK Group, the firm grew as a leading Swiss technology consultancy. Applying his visionary approach, he partnered with DPE Deutsche Private Equity to launch the Eraneos journey in 2018. Forging strategic alliances with Quint Group and Ginkgo Management Consulting, he established Eraneos Group. The firm continues to grow as a European challenger in the consulting industry.
Stefan Tijsinger
CFO Eraneos Group
Stefan Tijsinger is an experienced finance, IT and digitalization professional with extensive expertise in controlling, accounting, risk & compliance, treasury and M&A. He has been active in the consulting industry for most of his career. Prior to joining Eraneos Group in 2024 Stefan worked at Xebia, where he held the role of Group CFO. Among other things, he was responsible for building a global finance organization, strategic financial plans, as well as M&A activities.
Danila Rudenka
CTO Eraneos Group
Danila Rudenka holds an MSc in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, along with an Executive MBA from IMD Business School. With over 20 years of leadership experience spanning startups and global tech firms, Danila Rudenka has a proven track record of scaling AI-driven businesses and delivering innovative client solutions. Prior to joining Eraneos, he spearheaded the growth of high-impact Data & AI units at Onix and led transformative technology initiatives at Google. At Eraneos, he is responsible for driving the strong Data & AI portfolio and the company’s transformation into an AI‑first consultancy.
Marcel Vandieken
Managing Partner
Marcel Vandieken, Dipl. Kfm., is a seasoned advisor to DAX40 companies, specializing in corporate strategies, transformation roadmaps, and the development of new business areas. He studied in Düsseldorf, Los Angeles, and San Diego, and currently serves as a lecturer on Digital Transformation at ESCP Berlin and Corporate Entrepreneurship at WWU Münster. Previously, Marcel led Eraneos Strategy (formerly SMP Strategy Consulting) and, as of 2025, he has taken on the responsibility for the strategic expansion of Eraneos’ global strategy consulting portfolio.
Maurice Boon
Managing Partner
Maurice Boon, MBA INSEAD and Captain ret. Royal Netherlands Marines Corps, counts over 25 years of experience in IT & outsourcing services and consultancy, as well as over 15 years of experience as a board member. Joining Quint Group in 2008, Maurice began his tenure as CEO in 2013. Maurice’s entrepreneurship and leadership saw Quint Group join with AWK Group and Ginkgo Management Consulting to establish Eraneos Group. Today, he represents the interests of Eraneos Netherlands.
Bodo Forstmann
Managing Partner
Bodo Forstmann, Dipl. Wirt-Ing. (KIT), EMBA (MBS & ESSEC), has more than 20 years’ experience in consulting. Since 2012, he has been shaping the growth and success of Ginkgo Management Consulting, now evolving as Eraneos Germany, by driving digital transformation excellence with a focus on automotive and across industries. Bodo plays a key role in the further development of Eraneos Group by representing the interests of Eraneos Germany and its German subsidiaries.
Urs Reinhard
Managing Partner
Urs Reinhard, MA HSG, brings over 20 years of management experience in digitalization and has deep expertise in digital transformation, growth strategies, and organizational development. He combines strategic thinking with a pragmatic approach to getting things done. Before joining Eraneos, Urs Reinhard was Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group, Chief Digital & Customer Officer and a management board member at UPC, and CEO of Dialog Verwaltungs-Data. Urs represents Eraneos Switzerland.
Antonio Crespo
Managing Partner
Antonio Crespo holds a degree in Business and Economics from ICADE, and he recently completed executive studies in Board Management at INCAE Business School. With over two decades of experience, Antonio has advised numerous medium and large enterprises across different countries on how to unlock business value through technology, efficiency, and innovation. His areas of expertise include Digital Strategy, Lean Management, Business Agility, Corporate Governance, and Digital Transformation. Before joining Eraneos, he held several leadership roles at Hewlett Packard, including CFO of the Services division in Spain and Portugal. Antonio represents Eraneos Iberia.
Felix Schwerin
Managing Partner
Felix Schwerin brings over 20 years of consulting experience, advising leading companies across the energy sector. His work centers on advancing the energy and heat transition throughout Germany and Europe. As representative for Eraneos Strategy (formerly SMP Strategy Consulting), Felix combines strategic insight with deep industry knowledge. He holds an MSc in International Management from Maastricht University.
Mikkel Eriksen
Managing Partner
Mikkel Eriksen has more than 25 years of consulting experience, primarily within strategy and transformation, with deep expertise in organizational and cultural development. He represents the Danish management consultancy H&B, which became part of Eraneos in 2025. Before joining H&B, he held senior roles at Valcon and PA Consulting Group and also served as a State Forest Manager. Mikkel holds an MSc in Forestry Science from the University of Copenhagen.
Christian Ihre
Managing Partner
Christian Ihre is co-founder and Partner at management consultant Lynxeye, that focuses on purpose-driven business strategy. With a background in brand management at Procter & Gamble, he co-founded Lynxeye in 1999 and launched its Asia business in 2013, based in Singapore. Christian has worked extensively with leading automotive brands like Volvo and VW, as well as clients in banking, finance, and global spirits. He is passionate about helping businesses create meaningful impact in people’s lives.
Johan Ekelin
CMO Eraneos Group
Johan Ekelin, MSc in Business Administration, is a trusted advisor to CEOs and executive teams. As co-founder of Lynxeye, he has spent more than two decades helping companies at pivotal moments in their journey – shaping strategies that align leadership and unlock long-term business relevance. He is known for bringing structure to ambiguity, helping organizations define not just what they do, but why it matters. In his role as Chief Marketing Officer for Eraneos, Johan drives the group’s global brand and marketing efforts.
