We are excited to be part of this year’s AI for Good Global Summit, taking place in Geneva from 7–10 July. Organized by the United Nations, the Summit is a premier global platform bringing together world leaders, tech innovators, and researchers to advance AI for the benefit of humanity.
We will be present at booth 107 on the exhibition floor and will host our own workshop during the event.
Workshop: From AI Pilots to AI-Empowered Organizations
AI is everywhere. Value isn’t. Most organizations continue to invest in AI yet struggle to scale beyond isolated pilots — not because of the technology, but because of how they operate, decide, and empower their people.
Our workshop shows how governments can evolve into AI-empowered organizations across four key dimensions: readiness, people empowerment, organizational anchoring, and process redesign. Drawing on Swiss public sector examples, participants will learn how to turn experimentation into measurable impact. The session also explores the next step: What changes when AI evolves into autonomous agents, and how can organizations prepare for this today?
