Julia Sander, Analyst at Eraneos Germany

Julia joined the Eraneos Germany team in October of 2021 and found the onboarding process to be very valuable. “I appreciate how willing everyone was to bring me on board and help me get up to speed quickly.” While Julia enjoys working at Eraneos Germany’s Hamburg office as a professional and comfortable workplace, she also appreciates the options for flexible work at Eraneos Germany which allow her to choose where she wants to work – whether that be from home or anywhere else in the world. “Though consulting will never be a typical 9 to 5 job, I find a work-life balance at Eraneos that leaves me enough time for my private life.” Overall, Julia sees a bright future at Ginkgo and appreciates the opportunities the company has provided her.

As a woman working in the consulting industry, Julia appreciates the Women@Eraneos group as a means to promote diversity and equality. “I am glad to be working in a diverse company where we have a higher percentage of female colleagues than some other consulting firms.” Julia enjoys Eraneos’ company events like the annual offsites. “With these events, Eraneos found the perfect way to give back and saying thanks to all the colleagues for their hard work. Colleagues from all over the world come together in one place to network, learn and share experiences. This is absolutely outstanding.”

In her spare time, Julia enjoys cooking. She even participated in Ginkgo’s Annual Bolognese Cook-Off with her family recipe.
