The Approach
Digital Employee Experienve (DEX) needs a clear and agreed upon guide that serves as a foundation to create awareness within the company.
For our customer we recommended an approach that focused on enhancing employee engagement and creating a seamless digital experience for their employees. Our approach was aimed at involving employees in the company processes and generating a holistic digital employee experience along all touchpoints of the employee lifecycle from hire to retire.
By adopting our Digital Employee Experience framework our customer was able to improve employee engagement and retention, increase productivity, and ultimately achieve better business outcomes.
The Result
Through the collaboration with Eraneos our client has implemented fast and digital workflows along the employee lifecycle. We focused on tasks that matched the employees skills and ensured a smooth experience throughout their employment journey. Our approach also involved using seamless apps to relieve employees from administrative tasks and extra work, creating more time for meaningful work and fostering a work-life balance.
By bridging the worlds of experience between generations and digital environments, we helped our customer to become the employer of choice for the people who they can create the future with.
