This is the latest in a series of strategic moves by the management and technology consultancy that are set to strengthen client-centricity with enhanced expertise within the firm’s portfolio of core services. The appointments of Dr. Peter Friedli, Roman Regenbogen, Dr. Boris Ricken, and Blaise Vonlanthen to partner positions confirm the consultancy’s dedication to creating more impact as a trusted advisor to clients.

Dr. Peter Friedli has grown his position from defense specialist to Head of Public Security and Lead of the Eraneos Defense Community of Practice during his 10 years with Eraneos Switzerland. His extensive know-how includes leadership experience in projects and mandates in the public sector, especially on behalf of the member organizations of the Swiss Security Network (SSN), including the Swiss Armed Forces. He is a graduate from ETH Zurich with a PhD in Physics and a MSc in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology and recently completed a CAS in Data Science at the University of Applied Sciences Western Switzerland. He served as Intelligence Officer, in the rank of captain, within the Swiss Armed Forces.
Roman Regenbogen is an expert on regulatory compliance and digitization of the financial industry. After becoming a banker in Germany, he started his consulting career and moved to Switzerland. He looks back at more than 20 years of experience across companies of all sizes including Accenture and PwC. Roman joined Eraneos from the acquisition of TALOS, in September 2020. Since then, he continues to serve internally as Head Regulatory Compliance (Banking). Banks and insurance company clients know him as Senior Advisor for the implementation of digital transformation and/or major regulatory initiatives. Roman has led various projects in the areas of tax compliance, investor protection as well as financial crime compliance.
Dr. Boris Ricken focuses on manufacturing, ICT, utilities, and services sectors, with more than 20 years of consulting and leadership experience. Joining Eraneos in 2017, he quickly progressed from the internal leadership position of Head of Digital Strategy & Innovation to Head of Manufacturing Industry. He is an expert in the development of corporate and digital transformation strategies, business model development, digital transformation, M&A, cost optimization, as well as Industry 4.0. Before joining Eraneos, Boris held different leadership positions in the context of manufacturing, digitalization, and IT. He graduated from the University of Zürich with a PhD in Business and Economics.
Blaise Vonlanthen is an expert in leading technology and management consulting teams and in accompanying and advising enterprise customers with their strategy and digital transformation, leading the activities of Eraneos in Romandie since his joining in October 2017. His experience covers a broad spectrum of internationally based clients notably within the finance, energy, and sports industries, as well as within the public sector. Blaise Vonlanthen relies on 20 years of international technology projects and general management experience and holds an engineering degree in telecommunication and an Executive MBA degree from the International Institute of Management in Technologies of the University of Fribourg.
